It is a hand-made cheese without additives you can consume safely. We make 5 different types of cheese: Caciocavallo, Pasta Filata, Mountain Cheese, Nasu Brown, and Brie de Nasu. Nasu Brown cheese is a mild cheese made 100% from the milk of Brown Swiss cattle. Enjoy its deep flavor.
