Kobaya-shokudo | kokosil Nasushiobara

This is where you can eat Shiobara Hot Spring's famous "Chow mein in soup" which is made by soaking the pork, cabbage and ramen noodles fried with sauce in soy sauce-based soup. This specialty has been made with the same taste and recipe for almost 50 years since the time of the last chef (the father of the current chef), and has become popular as a local gourmet food now.
